TESTIMONIAL 12 MONTH OF TESTING

N.R.M.A. Service Vehicle Denman

John Lacey Automotive has the 24 hr N.R.M.A. Roadside Assistance in Denman that covers a wide area of Roads, as the busy Golden Highway that never stops with visiting vehicles travelling both ways all the time.

Then with Muswellbrook Road that transports many vehicles to and from work every day with connection to the New England Highway.

Denman is small as a Township but very mobile with cars, and with a large Farming area around of many different types of Farming, where people don't have one vehicle they 2 or 3 in the one family.

John has been testing my Tyre 2 Tyre 2 Spare for sometime operating on the N.R.M.A. Service Vehicle. He setup the Air-valve at the back of the Vehicle near the Number Plate with black hose connected to the Spare Tyre up underneath the vehicle. This allows easy access to check the Spare and pump it up very quickly. The large Tyre on the vehicle is rated at 65psi so John keeps 64psi in the Spare all the time.
[Refer to Tyre Max Air Pressure on Tyre walls].

John can pump up a flat tyre that repairable very quickly with the air transfer hose to get a motorist out of trouble to change to his spare in a workable or safe area. Tyres that go flat slowly are usually repairable they becoming more expensive every year. Many times he is called out because the spare tyre is flat as well as it's never check on a regular basics, as being to hard to get at.

John strongly recommends installing an extra Air-valve at back of your vehicle to care for your spare in an easy way, as you check your other tyres for safe driving.

These Tyre 2 Tyre 2 Spare Packages will be for sale at his garage to buy, plus advise on how to install it yourself or be install for you for an extra amount for the service to set it up correctly.

John is part of the N.R.M.A. Service people that cares for everybody to gain more safety and happier motoring in aim of caring better for your Tyres, as it is important to him, in keeping you safe & alive on the roads.

John hardly turns his Air compressor on to pump tyres up anymore.
People look with amazement of how quickly he achieves it.

AUSTRALASIAN - TYRE - 2 - TYRE - 2 - SPARE

This is a useful device that enables the transfer of air pressure to and from the spare tyre [or other tyres] or to a tyre, which is flat or under inflated. This innovative design small in size built to a price, to become a saleable product as a tyre saver only, not to fix the problem of any leak at all.

Setup of Air Valve

Drill a 5/16mm hole near the Number Plate on your vehicle (in a harmless position). Install the air pressure valve provided as a permanent fixture with the website washer in full display. Install the hose socket end of the air hose screw fitting [pressure rated at 126 psi] to the back of the air valve that is a fixture to the vehicle. Screw the other bent brass air valve fitting on the hose onto the Spare Tyre Air valve. There will be some air escape as you screw it on, as the outer valve connected will hold the air.

Uses for Tyre - 2 - Tyre – 2 - Spare

Check the air pressure in the spare tyre, and pump
it up as required, (how convenient is this). In days gone by it would have been necessary to drive the motor vehicle to a safe area (free of passing traffic) in order to change a damaged tyre Now you can simply utilize the air in a spare tyre off another vehicle to quickly make good a tyre with low air pressure [not a blowout damaged tyre]. An example of this exercise would be to use another motorist’s spare tyre from that person’s motor vehicle, then your spare is fully air pressured to be changed. A tyre that leaked flat while the vehicle was stationary is mostly repairable. Take care to save the tyre, replace the air in the flat tyre to move the vehicle to change to the spare wheel.

Multi Purpose Air-valve Clamp.

This is a extra device to my design Tyre-2-Tyre -2-Spare to fit most model new vehicles with a modern type of towbar.
This is a Multi Purpose Clamp that can fit many different ways on a towbar to secure the Air- valve in a solid safe way to serve the Spare with Air Inflation or check the pressure in a convenient position.
This Clamp is the best way to set-up the Air-valve as it is quick and simple to install at the back of most vehicles as the air hose can connect to the tyre up underneath the floor of the vehicle .
These types of Spare Tyres up underneath the floor needs to be lower to be testing for the air pressure in the tyre as the air-valve is up on top of the tyre that make it all the harder to achieve.
Any person that see this simple set-up will be impress with its design as a simple clamp that is required in this situation.
This is why I requested a Provisional Patent to register a dates to this device, a “Multi Purpose Air-valve Clamp”.

A quick fix to a tyre low in pressure that is needed to do an important job urgently
An example of such a situation would be Farm Machinery. Transfer air to tyres on car trailer, horse float, boat trailer etc. being towed by a vehicle with a different size spare tyre, to help support walls in the drive to be removed or repaired.

Inflate children's bicycle tyres, wheel barrow tyres, contractor's equipment [generators - welders etc.], water pressure system air tanks, air beds, water toys \ floatation aids, canoes or rafts etc.

Four Wheel Drive Vehicle operating on reduced air pressure on a sandy beach, soft soil etc, to be topped up with air pressure for driving safely on solid surface roads
Carry tyres of any size in farm vehicle to have storage of air too transfer to tyres in need.

INSTRUCTIONS

Kink the black hose to seal movement of air. Restrict by bending in your hand near one air chuck. Tie the kinked hose with string provided to seal the air in if required. Place the other air chuck on other end of hose on first, too the tyre that requires air. Place the other air chuck on to a higher pressured valve that’s near the bent hose that’s restricted. Let the bend out straight on the black hose to transfer air then bend again too restrict air as to be remove as required.

MANUFACTURERS MESSAGE

Only to be used by persons over the age of 18 years
Do not exceed recommended maximum air pressure, written on the tyre walls.
It may endanger your, or someone else's life.
We are not responsible for damage to property or life.
Do not compromise your own or any other vehicle's operating or handling by taking air from tyres of the vehicle which is currently being driven. Carry extra spare wheels of any size with your vehicle for storage of air pressure to transfer to tyres when a problem arises. If the tyre is not up to the recommended air inflation pressure, drive slowly and re-inflate to the recommended air inflated pressure for the load being carried as soon as possible.

TYRE AIR TRANSFER

Tyre transfer ideas of saving larger diameter wheels

A front tyre on a four wheel drive Tractor was flat one Sunday morning that was needed to sow Lucerne Seed on my farm on my day off work. There was no help to repair it as everything was closed at 5-30am. So we work out it went flat just standing there over a fortnight as this meant the problem was a small leak only.

Then I went down town and pump all the tyres up to 45 psi on the 4 WD Ute plus the spare as they were rated at 46 psi on the walls of the tyres.

When I returned I transferred 50% of the air from the 4 tyres on the Ute into the tractor wheel that stood the tyre up, then I balanced out all the pressured with spare to be equal to the tractor tyre.

We drove that tractor all day with high pressure to sow the seed on time that was park out in the paddock with a flat tyre to start the day's work. We fixed the problem with the Tyre 2 Tyre in an easy way, to work the farm on my day available to me with extra help, in a successful way.
